My silence over the last few days is because I have a new furry a friend. To be exact, I have a small, 4-month-old male dumbo rat that thinks that cheese is scary and pajamas are yummy. Anyways, I'm sure some of my watchers and friends are wondering about my trip to India. It'd be impossible to sum it all up, but I'll try my best. On February 15th, this year, I went with a small group from my church to Chennai (formerly Madras) in southern India. ...I am not dead. Contrary to what I assume to be common belief. I simply have been through an ass load of shit. The good kind and the bad kind. My expedition to India was a huge success and I am currently planning on going to Thailand and Cambodia this coming February. It was stupidly amazing and I'm pretty much ready to move to Chennai. Shortly after coming back from India I got a semi-official diagnosis of depression (surprise, surprise). I have come to realize that meds suck,just not as much as the alternative. And today I will be getting a rat. I will be updating this journal after I find my new furry friend. SO. With all that said,

SO! It's been a long time since I've payed attention to DeviantArt. Well, as it just so happens, I've got a LOT going on right now, but it seems that the dust is beginning to settle. For those of you wanting to know why I've been inactive, I'll give you a quick run down on the two most major events going on right now. First off, I'm planning a huge 2 week missions trip to Chennai, India. I've been running in circles trying to raise support and so far people have just been coming out of the woodwork.
